Coffee Plantation:

Coffee was the base of the Costa Rican economy for hundreds of years.  The coffee plantation will give you an opportunity to see how this valuable crop was grown, harvested, and transported via hand painted ox carts.  These elaborately painted carts are unique to Costa Rica.
