One of the most interesting stops of the tour… an authentic and operational 150-year-old oxen-driven “Trapiche”  sugar cane press.  You will not only learn about the importance of the Trapiche in Costa Rica’s culture, but you’ll also be able to participate in processing the sugar cane!  We guarantee that you will have lots of fun and you enjoy the food and drinks derived from the processing of sugar cane and available for sampling.
